Refunds are handled under the refund policy. A dispute over a charge should be raised at support@haldenquarterly.site first, so that it can be resolved directly; chargebacks filed without prior contact may delay resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in access being withdrawn.

To the extent permitted by law, Halden Quarterly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. The revision date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect, and continued use of the site after that date is subject to the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the Brazilian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the consumer's country of residence.
