Contact
Correspondence is handled by email only. Halden Quarterly maintains no telephone line, no postal address for public correspondence, and no messaging accounts.
The address
Messages are read Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (BRT, UTC−3). A reply is normally sent within two business days. Messages received on weekends and Brazilian public holidays are answered on the next business day.
What a message should include
- The subject of the request in the subject line — for example, correction, refund, or data request.
- For anything relating to a purchase: the order reference and the email address used at checkout.
- For a correction: the article title and the passage in question.
- For a data request: the email address the request concerns.
Including these details in the first message avoids a round trip and shortens the reply time.

What this address does not handle
